This page covers the enquiry form on this website and nothing else. It is deliberately short, because this website collects very little.

What we collect
When you fill in our enquiry form we collect the details you type into it: what best describes you, the service you're interested in, your name, email address, phone number, state, postcode, your message, and how you heard about us.
Why we collect it
We use these details to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to send you a referral form. That is the only reason we ask for them.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We don't share, sell or trade your details with anyone else, and we don't use them for marketing.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to the site. It is cookieless, it does not track you across other websites, and it collects no personal information. That is why this site has no cookie banner.
Our referral form
Our referral form is a separate system run by Odyssey and is not part of this website, so it is not covered by this page.
Asking us to delete your details
Email us at referrals@odysseytherapyservices.com and we'll delete the details you sent through the enquiry form.
