Getting started with us is straightforward. Here's what happens from first contact to first session.
The process
From first contact to first session

Get in touch
Ask your Support Coordinator to send a referral, or contact us directly and we'll send a referral form to you.

We match you with a therapist
We'll look at your goals, your funding and where you're located, and pair you with the Senior OT best placed to support you.

Initial session
Your therapist meets you at home, at school, or wherever works. We talk through your goals and agree on a plan.

Ongoing therapy
Regular 1:1 sessions, with reporting and collaboration with your wider team as needed.

Funding
How we're funded
- NDIS
- We work with participants using their NDIS funding for occupational therapy.
- Private health
- Sessions may be claimable through your private health extras cover.
- GP care plans
- Your GP can refer you to us under a care plan.
- Privately funded
- You can arrange and pay for sessions directly, with no referral needed.
